the breakfast had a good variety of options.
The bar service was noticeably slow. It often took multiple staff members to process a single drink order. the food in the restaurant lacked flavor, despite the plentiful and varied menu. it was surprising, since i usually associate austrian food with robust tastes..

The bathroom included a bidet. Breakfast offered a wide selection of food. Dinner options included Halal meat. The staff was helpful.
The hotel is very accessible, however there is poor access for persons with reduced mobility.

the room had a large balcony it provided a comfortable seating area the bathroom included twin sinks plus a power shower i liked the shoe horn and sewing kit provided i also enjoyed the lovely spa area with its great lake views
the carpet in the bedroom needed renewal it was a very slight imperfection in an otherwise charming space
